Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Remember Art and describe the basis on which our digital Anki deck is offered. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Current availability

The deck is currently marked “Coming soon”. No purchase can be completed through this website at present. Viewing the site or trying its sample does not place an order or create a payment obligation.

3. The product

50 Iconic Artworks is an English-language digital Anki deck: 50 artworks, 100 flashcards and 100 audio tracks, supplied as an .apkg file. No physical product or Anki application is included. A compatible Anki application is required; some applications may have their own fees. Check compatibility before purchasing.

The sample illustrates the learning format. Learning outcomes depend on your practice; we do not guarantee a particular level of recall or results.

4. Orders, price and delivery

When sales open, the available product, total payable price, applicable taxes, payment method and delivery arrangements will be shown before you commit to an order. Any separately paid Anki application is not included in the deck price. A one-time deck purchase does not create a subscription. The order confirmation will record the agreed purchase and delivery terms.

5. Personal-use licence

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the original deck materials for your own personal study. You may import the deck on your own devices, make personal backups and adapt cards for your own learning.

You may not resell, publicly upload or distribute our original texts, audio recordings or protected deck compilation without permission, except where the law permits. This restriction does not claim ownership of public-domain artworks or limit rights granted by the original image sources. Source credits and applicable third-party rights remain in effect.

6. Cancellation, faulty content and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights remain in effect. For UK consumers, a digital-content contract normally has a 14-day cancellation period from the date of the contract. That right can be lost when supply begins only if you expressly consented to supply during that period and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right. Merely browsing this site or accepting these terms is not that consent.

If content is faulty, not as described or not supplied, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer law, including repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction or refund. Contact us with the order details and a description of the problem. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or upload or transmit malicious material. You may use the public sample for personal learning and share links to the website.

8. Third-party services and updates

Anki and linked museum or image-source websites are independently operated. Their own terms apply to their services. Remember Art is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ankitects Pty Ltd. No future language edition, feature or ongoing update is included unless expressly promised in the purchase description.

9. Responsibility

We take reasonable care with the product and website. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of their country of residence. Updates to these website terms will be dated; they do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase.
